Our 6010 Traditional 2-1/4″W x 2-3/8″H Handrail is by far one of our most popular handrail options. Equally at home in the most traditional and contemporary homes, the 6010 traditional solid handrail comes in a variety of lengths and wood types: Red Oak, Poplar, Maple, and more! Our 6010 Traditional handrail is always of the highest quality wood and will last for many years to come.
NOTE: The 6010 Handrail is only 1-1/2″ wide at the base. Due to this width, 1-3/4″ square top balusters will not work with the 6010 Handrail. The 6210 Handrail will work well with either 1-3/4″ or 1-1/4″ square top balusters.

The 6010 handrail is the early American classic rail, dating back to the late 1700's. The profile will comply with the code interpretation of "equivalent gripping surface" and will satisfy almost all code agencies. The 6010 handrail can also be applied to any decor, from contemporary to classic American colonial.
